Installation Guide

🍎macOS Installation

System Requirements

  • • macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) or later
  • • Intel or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)
  • • 50 MB free disk space
  • • Compatible DAW (Logic, Ableton, Reaper, etc.)

Installation Steps

  1. 1
    Download the .dmg file from Gumroad after purchase
  2. 2
    Double-click the .dmg to mount it
  3. 3
    Copy PluginName.component (AU) to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
  4. 4
    Copy PluginName.vst3 (VST3) to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
  5. 5
    Restart your DAW or rescan plugins

macOS Gatekeeper: If you see a security warning, go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy and click "Open Anyway". Signed/notarized builds (when available) reduce these warnings, but behavior can vary by macOS version and download source.

System Requirements

  • • 50 MB free disk space
  • • Compatible DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Reaper, etc.)

Installation Steps

    Download the .zip file from Gumroad
  2. 2
    Extract the .zip file
  3. 3
    Copy PluginName.vst3 to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\
  4. 4
    Restart your DAW or rescan plugins

Windows coming Q2 2026: Currently, our plugins are macOS-only. Windows versions are in development and will be available soon.

Frequently Asked Questions

What formats do your plugins support?

Currently, we support:

  • VST3 (macOS, Windows coming Q2 2026)
  • AU (Audio Units) (macOS only)
  • Standalone (macOS)

CLAP format is planned for H2 2026. AAX (Pro Tools) is under consideration.

Which DAWs are compatible?

Our plugins work in any DAW that supports VST3 or AU. Tested and verified in:

• Logic Pro
• Ableton Live
• Reaper
• FL Studio (Windows, coming soon)
• Bitwig Studio
• Cubase/Nuendo
• Studio One
• GarageBand
What sample rates are supported?

All plugins support 44.1 kHz to 192 kHz. We test extensively at: 44.1k, 48k, 88.2k, 96k, and 192k Hz to ensure artifact-free performance.

Do plugins introduce latency?

AlterOne: Zero latency (real-time processing)
Phasecraft: Zero latency
Future plugins with lookahead/linear phase: Latency will be reported to your DAW for automatic compensation

Plugin won't load / DAW doesn't see it

macOS:

  1. Verify plugin is in correct folder (see installation guide above)
  2. Check System Preferences → Security & Privacy for blocked plugins
  3. Rescan plugins in your DAW (usually in Preferences → Plug-ins)
  4. Try restarting your DAW
  5. On Apple Silicon, ensure Rosetta 2 is installed (for Intel DAWs)
